FOR ETP4HPC MEMBERS ONLY - 9th ETP4HPC General Assembly, near Amsterdam Schiphol Airport

This 9th General Assembly (GA) of ETP4HPC members will take place in the Van der Valk Hotel Sassenheim-Leiden near Amsterdam Schiphol Airport on 18 and 19 March 2019:

- There will be a Steering Board Meeting (for Steering Board Members only) in the afternoon of 18 March

- There will be a networking dinner for all members in the evening of 18 March (same venue as the meeting and GA)

- The GA will take place from 10:30am to 4pm on 19 March.

Logistics information:

The Van Der Valk Hotel Sassenheim-Leiden is located a 20-minute drive from the Amsterdam Shiphol Airport.  There is free parking at the hotel.

Train service from the Airport to Sassenheim is also available.

Important: for those who want/need to stay overnight, we have pre-booked a block of rooms for the night of the 18 March at a special rate:  € 125,- per night per room including breakfast. Rate and availability can only be guaranteed until 1st February, so if you want to reserve a room, please do it ASAP!
