ETP4HPC General Assembly

The next ETP4HPC General Assembly will take place in Rome on the 29th of September 2015, starting at 11:00 and ending by 16pm.

The venue is Aula Màster in the A3 building of the UPC (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) Campus Nord in Barcelona, (Campus Diagonal Nord, Carrer Jordi Girona 1-3, 08034 Barcelona). This is a 20 min taxi ride from the El Prat airport, near the southern end of the Diagonal (and near the headquarters of BSC). The nearest metro station is L3/Palau Reial.

The objective of the GA is to familiarise ETP4HPC Members with the current goals and activities of the organisation, including updates on its Working Groups, major decisions taken and future directions.

Preliminary agenda (a final agenda will be provided in due course):

• 13:30 – Report on Activities and Financial Report
• 14:15 – EC/DCNECT presentation – EU HPC Strategy
• 15:00 – Presentation of new members (~3 mn each)
• 16:00 – Plans for 2015, Reports and Plans of Working Groups
• 17:00 – Closing

An ETP4HPC Steering Board meeting (restricted to the SB members only) will take place before the General Assembly (starting at 1030am).
