ICT Proposers Day 2016, 26-27 September 2016 in Bratislava, Slovakia

ICT Proposers Day 2016, a significant EU event on research and innovation in information and communication technologies, will be held on 26-27 September 2016 in Bratislava, Slovakia, as part of the EU Digital Week.

The event will focus on networking for Horizon 2020 Work Programme 2016-17, including ICT calls across all three pillars of Horizon 2020 and offers an exceptional occasion to build quality partnerships as it will connect academia, research institutes, industrial stakeholders, SMEs and government actors from all over Europe. The event is free of charge, however, registration is required.

Ideal-ist, the network of National Contact Points for ICT research is organising a series of events at the ICT Proposers day. Marcin Ostasz, an ETP4HPC office expert, is an invited speaker to the Idealist 'Inside contractual Public Private Partnerships (cPPP)' workshop.

The aim of the workshop is to give participants (proposers and policy makers) an idea about cPPPs work, their approach and vision. The cPPPs statements should give answers to questions regarding membership, cPPP structure and vision and provide the audience with an insight what it means to be linked with, informed about the PPP and to what extend it is important to know about the cPPP activities when being active in the research field. The EC perspective will be part of the discussion.
